Sword, "an exercise in reading comprehension'?? Are you jerking my chain? Are you sitting at home falling out of your chair rolling on the floor laughing yourself silly? You have creatively added every horrible possibility short of nuclear holocaust! Who do you think is going to swallow this crap? "Private label agreement" simply means that the NetTaxi people will end up at a music web site that has NetTaxi on it. Why would you bold "private label agreement" and assume it's a giveaway? Am I missing something here?

Sword, you ask, "Who collects the $10?" Who collects the $10? On what basis would think it is anything but a $5/$5 split? You ask the question and word it as if NetTaxi is going to keep the $10. What service have they provided to earn $10? Anyone who falls for this blatant crap deserves what he gets.

Sword, you are stepping over the line, man! <<[Gordon]. . .is paying NetTaxi no less than $0.25 for every CD that's purchased. Now do the math. $5 up front and if the card is fully consumed he gives it all back.>> Excuse me! I must be extraordinarily math-impaired! If TSIG were giving up a quarter on each CD (and I personally have no reason to think this is true), the company simply makes $.75 per CD instead of a $1.00. "If the card is fully consumed he gives it all back." This is your fantasy life, Sword! That is a totally meaningless statement. It makes no sense at all.

Woooo!!! The Big Factor!! Stop, you're scaring me! Sword, you have painted a picture of TSIG giving away premium cards, NetTaxi receiving all the revenue for the card, and TSIG paying NetTaxi when a CD is sold. *****REALITY CHECK!!!!***** MyMusicCard is a heck of a value to the NetTaxi customers. It is because NetTaxi provides its customers with deals such as MyMusicCard that it is on the Most Popular Web Site list. The customer who buys 3 CD's has paid for his music card. The customer is happy. He associates the music web site with NetTaxi, he returns to NetTaxi for other purchases, and NetTaxi is happy. You have really outdone yourself on this one.

Sword - do you want TSIG.com to succeed ? Why are you presenting the NetTaxi deal in such a negative light ? - even going so far as speculating what the particular terms are. If you are a shareholder - it doesn't make sense to me for you to be so overtly negative - as that will not help your investment. If you are not a shareholder - and have no vested interest in whether TSIG.com succeeds or not - then why are you spending so much time on the TSIG.com thread ?

<<Let's go first cabin and assume, I really hate that word but for the sake of all the optimists we'll use it, so let's assume that we're doing $10 cards and RG got the full $5 bux to TSIG split. First of all betchya he didn't get the 5 bux. Further, betchya, if you look at how he negotiates funding via PP's, that he also gave away the farm, and is paying NetTaxi no less than $0.25 for every CD that's purchased.>>

Regards,

Phil
