I dunno. I do think it would very odd to live in D.C. I've never been there and don't want to go. I prefer it to exist in a surreal, unseen realm where I can pretend it does not exist at all when it suits me. I worry the actual sight of those buildings and the government workers scurrying about would cause irrepairable damage to my physce. But I would think in its way that it'd be a cool place to live. You're surrounded by all that stuff. Plus you have a river. And lots of cherry trees. And you're close to lots of places.
