Re: 60 days

60 days, 60 nights, how would I feel without my FNTN Tonight.

Fred,

What Do I expect to happen in the next 60 days?

First and foremost is Fully Reporting status to the SEC.

This will boost confidence with anyone that is involved with FNTN.

Siemens was waiting for this milestone to happen before releasing a
Joint PR, a PR that was written back in January, if I recall MS's words correctly. This probably holds true for Sharing floor space at Trade Shows too.

Once Fully Reporting status is in effect the fun begins. As most all
know FNTN's next goal with the SEC is to get a Nasdaq Listing.

In order for that to happen, FNTN will need to get the share price to
$4. I see a steady stream of very positive Press Release's coming. With A PR from Siemens putting the icing on the cake.

This coupled with their Marketing Plans, of TV ads, and other Media forms will surely have the share price rising like the Space Shuttle during it's initial assent.

Once FNTN becomes a Nasdaq listed company, which will take longer than 60 days, but not in the to distant future, the share price should really move. Why? I've been told there is more than one Stock Broker who currently holds FNTN, and once listed on the Nasdaq, The brokers can begin to tell their customers about this gem.

Perhaps if you don't believe that, then perhaps the following may make since. If X, Y, Z, Mutual Funds are using FNTN Services, perhaps they will be compelled to invest in a few shares.

FNTN mentioned in their Spring Letter, that they have made some recent alliances that they feel will be extremely helpful to FNTN.

It's what they didn't say that has me smiling.

Sure they mentioned :
Joe Theismann
EDGAR Online
Track Data Corp.

The Service of Joe T. will help the PR, and Edgar and Track Data are helping fill the void with their Internet Site, but there was a lot more to read into the Letter.

I have assumed that there were a number of PR's with contracts waiting in the wings, awaiting fully reporting status.

FNTN stated:
"The lower revenues reflected in our first quarter numbers resulted from changing communications carriers and billing companies mid-stream and suffering delays in the changeover."

I take this to mean MCI/WorldComm maybe out the door, I hope not. As it just makes the pie taste even sweeter.

Have we seen a PR stating the new Communications company? No, at least not out right. Though while I was attending Network+Interop in Las Vegas the first Joe T. PR came out and at the bottom:
FNTN's alliances include Siemens Group of Companies, Frontier Communications, UUNET (A Worldcom Group), and Standard & Poor's ComStock.

Frontier just merged Global Crossing. (GBLX) If anyone is not familiar with these two, you should do some DD.

If that's not enough for you GBLX is merging with U.S. West!

Let's also remember that FNTN is licensed with the FCC as both a Long Distance and Overseas Carrier, giving them a clear path for putting Financial Information into the hands of Firms in the Pacific Rim and Europe.

Then there was the conformation that FNTN plans a strategic acquisition. And unlike Wally I feel this will be a company in the Telecommunications area, not a multifaceted Internet company. But then again that would be nice too, perhaps it could be a company with both attributes.

Either way it says that there are PR's on contracts that have not been
announced, and I feel the list is more than two and less than 20 ;^).
And lastly in my opinion, the announced Fast Food Chain contract is small in comparison to what the near future holds, this was a bone to throw out to the Dogs of the Thread.

Enough for now, though there is a lot more to talk about.
