S&P Reiterates Buy on AT&T Shares Standard & Poor's reiterated its 5 STARS (buy) recommendation on shares of AT&T Corp (T) despite news that federal judges ruled that the company must open high-speed cable wires to rival Internet firms in the Portland, Oregon area. Analyst Phil Wohl thinks the decision will be a small blip on the radar screen, noting that AT&T has already been cleared by regulators in many other states.
