Positives for today:
1. Steve Balmer on CNBC's Powerlunch discusses Office2k among other issues
2. Office2k released
3. The Asia handheld story posted by JFD.

Negatives
1. Trial with IBM witness.

I see a net positive here even if the trial does not go that great today. Any good news from the trial will be a big bonus (MSFT probably does not cross-examine the IBM witness til tomorrow--i guess). Microsoft does not face any stock specific selling pressures today or the week. I have thought about selling my July options position today but might actually only reduce it a little.
MSFT should do as well as the market at least.

option007's attempt to drive Mr. Softee negative appears to have come up a little short. It looks like "selling the news" won't be part of today's program <g>. Imo, msft is pathetically oversold already.
