Did you ask the poster WHEN it was that he requested the info?

Well, simple logic would dictate that this poster did not request franchise information prior to the release of the PR (#reply-9748125) which touts that PABN is interested in franchising IT. I would think that a prudent business would have gathered some information regarding the likelyhood of such a venture before sending such information over the wires. In other words, they should have had meetings with the attorney prior to the release of the PR where they discussed some of the details of such a business arrangement. At the very least, enough discussions should have taken place so that this inquiry could have been responded to. They could have indicated that they have additional items to be worked out and would contact said person by a specified date. All with the goal to not lose a potential franchise owner/operator because they were "premature" in their release. After all, this is a professional in the negotiations of franchises.

And as far as your other questions, I provided the link so, go forth and ask him.

"...the franchising of Insider Trading Centers."

Looks like we now know the harassment question du jour.

It will be interesting to see how much of a beating this straw man has to take before the day is done.

"Chris" doesn't appear to be very familiar with the process of creating a franchise opportunity, nor very serious about becoming a franchisee. Somehow an email request to which he did not receive a reply doesn't strike me as the expression of a particularly sincere desire to corner the market on the San Francisco day trading market.

How the opportunity could be gone now is also a mystery, since he did not receive a reply, how does he know San Francisco is no longer available? Or, if the opportunity is gone because he only had access to the funds to purchase the franchise for a short time, then how did he know how much the franchise cost? AND how could he possibly be prepared for the financial commitment required by such a franchise with such an uncertain source of funds?

It seems to me that such questions are inconvenient if one only wants to harass.

But I don't expect any of that will stop the harassers.
