Bill,

You're right about one thing re my view on Valence - I sure as hell do not want to see a tender offer. Not when they are this close to production contracts.

Surprises me a bit re your own wishes, but I guess the internet attracts more short termers than longer term investors. Here's hoping the stock will pop on a purchase order and you and the other short termers can get out and move on.

And with regards to these or any weapons the "lunatic" fringe can get their hands on, consider this, an idea I think whose time has come:

exchange2000.com

By the way, with regards to sumbody buying VLNC out.....well....let me paraphrase my god-daughter doing one on her more refined internet reactionary statements.......BLEECH!!!

In other words, after 3 years of patient waiting, I'll be damn if I want to see any buyout that ain't north of $100. ;-) But having said that I'll also have to admit that.....I'd like to see the purchase offer, please.....who knows....it could be SWEET. But at this point, like trying to forecast earnings....me thinks we're just a tad early with that contemplation.

Now....about an OEM......
