Dear Dave Petty. Thanks. I see AOL as the gold standard in extracting value per subscriber. The cross company & cross country differences are extraordinary: Firms like XSNI in the UK are valued at well under $1000 per subscriber, while ERAW (via dynamic bell ISP in Australia) looks to be under $100 per subscriber.
