I sent an angry message to Tom last night regarding eConnect Inc. left those nine investors stranded at Alexis Park.

At the beginning, I thought there were something fishy went on, but judging from the info I gathered from other shareholders who attended the meeting (I have spoken to 4 other shareholders who attend the meeting)and my perception of what went on, I give Tom the benefit of the doubt that I was just poor organization and judgement from eConnect. In any case, they still owes those shareholders a big apology in my opinion. Here is the reply from Tom!

Dai,

We simply moved the meeting to a smaller location as it was obvious that a Ball Room was going to be far too large for the small number of BETT shareholders who attended.

We had contacted all BETT shareholders who had RSVP'd for the meeting
and alerted them that we would pick them up and escort them to the
meeting area as we were not certain as to the best place to hold the
meeting.

We certainly apologize to any BETT shareholders who must have at the
last moment decided to attend and neglected to call us with their name
and hotel room locations.

Apparently the fax that we sent to cancel the Alexis Ball Room had not
been received by Alexis, but of course, the Alexis Hotel has been paid in full for the rental of the Ball Room.

We certainly enjoyed meeting you and the other BETT shareholders and
anticipate substantial progress for eConnect over the next 90 days.

GO BETT!

Tom

Hi Jorj.,

I don't think it is panic. I looked at the board of all my holdings and
those I don't own and they are all taking a hit.Haven't downloaded the
last 2 days trading but I would suspect the techs are going to stay weak
for the next several days. It's house cleaning time. The old speculators
are getting out and the new ones in.;-)

Later,

Ron
