Addi, where do you come up w/ 52 million shares outstanding on HSAC? I come up w/ 13mm shares, and some more privately placed (but I need to check the IPO prospectus for the exact quantity.) Are you suggesting that the potential for HSAC's reach is limited to the 1.2mm figure? What about the millions on the various subscriber lists of cable co.s Charter has just purchased? Anyhow, I'm sure you can at least provide the info. on your mkt. cap. calculation for me... then I'll estimate how many zeroes are in a zillion. BTW - Before you get too excited about ELNK, you better consider their valuation... $1.7 Billion (not $1 Billion,) now that's quite a valuation. -VeloSpeed

From what I can tell, you're suggesting that there are 35mm+ shares privately placed? I come-up w/ 13mm shares IPOd, and about 1.5mm additional to MSFT/CSCO and one other (forget who) Anyhow, please show me where the additional shares are mentioned, perhaps I overlooked something in the 10K. I also know of options of 5mm shares to Charter @ $5, exercisable at 1 per subscriber that Charter gives to HSAC (that's quite a premium, I'd say that those 5mm subscribers are in the bag!) And there's definitely more options, but I'm hoping someone has researched this info. better than me and can post it ASAP. thanks, -VeloSpeed

Ah-haaaaah, I found the updated prospectus (filed by HSAC yesterday) w/ all the share info filled in (I had only reviewed the IPO prospectus which did not give the details, share info. was left blank.) Anyhow, there are the 35mm shares I've been looking for, in fact there are 37mm shares existing prior to the IPO. Also outlines who else, besides Paul Allen's Vulcan, owns a large part of HSAC. marketwatch.newsalert.com Interesting, so the mkt. cap is indeed over $1 billion now. Could be time to take some profits... -VeloSpeed
