Well, you and I are working w/ the same numbers of about 15mm on HSAC, it's someone else that's claiming 52mm shares.

Sorry to beat a dead horse, but... Why do you say "no way... since Paul Allen owns over 50%?" Will his ownership be reflected in outstanding shares, but only in the float after 90 days? (Forgive me, I'm completely new to researching IPOs.)

Paul Allen's company does not own 50% of the shares . . . Post IPO his company owns in the neighborhood of 42%. and FYI Broadband Solutions owns ~13% (Post IPO).
