Kerry Are you reading the same S-1 I am? SQNT does not make up 84% of BRCD sales. Not a personal attack against you, just a comment, you accused Brocade of doing and saying things that they didn't. I say that because I was there when you say we did it, and I know you are WRONG. Your blaming them for ANCR poor performance is sour grapes, and not fair. They executed, period. I am sure that with regard to the sales numbers you talk about they said run-rate sales which if you read the S- is true. Roy Sardina ----------- bfm ------------ Roy, I guess I struck a raw nerve with you...kind of surprised by your personal attack since I do not recall initiating any assault against former BRCD employees, especially you or your ex-colleague, the well-respected Brenda C. All I can tell you is that a current Ancor mgmt person told me that OEMs they were talking to had expressed surprise when the BRCD S-1 was initially filed since a) SQNT made up 84% of BRCD's sales and 2) the $24 million in 1998 revs were substantially "different" than the $75 million that BRCD salepeople has told them. As a matter of fact, I also heard that Dain Reuscher's analyst had previously estimated BRCD revenues at $60 million+..Where did Dain get these numbers from?? IF I am reporting false heresay, pls advise. Since I greatly respect your most knowledgeable and informed opinions about this industry, I would like to post one of your most informative and accurate posts for all here to give you the "props" that you deserve.
