Frank, I just received an information statement and financials in the mail, dated June 3rd 1999. As of that date IVOC shows 49,932,364 class A shares outstanding. Call Fidelity Transfer Company , Salt Lake City Utah for float #.....don't have tele #. The combination of VTPI & IVT show dated 12/31/98 4,405,074 total assets 385,821 current liabilities 36,246 long term debt 1,081,894 total sales 418,884 gross profit (87,273) operating income (164,850) net loss Most should be receiving this soon if not already. thank you for the info, itf that is the actual number of shares tradeing out there that seems sort of on the large side to me , to be at 50 cents. does anyone know the number of the TA for this company to find out the actual number of shares in circualtion??? sorry to ask, but I have been in a shit hole stock Euto for a long , long time and learned some nasty lessons about this issue. their is the float and their is the cap, or the max number of shares that can be issued by the company , unless they decide to raise that number Euto went from a max of 100 mil to 500 mil over night withouit tellling anyone about doing it. Someone just stumbled upon this info by calling the TA and guess what that did to the price of the stock when that little peice of info got out.?? if anyone has the tele # send it to me so I can make the call. correct me if I am wrong about this. thank you.
