Before May 14, 1999 there were 38,932,364 shares outstanding

Upon the closing of the reorganization (May 21, 1999) the company issued 10,000,000 class A shares to Mr. Mahoney. Mr Mahoney then canceled 2,000,000 class A shares.

38,932,364
+ 10,000,000
(2,000,000) = 46,932,364 shares outstanding

Thank you for the information ,
My next question is what is the max number of shares
that are allowed with this company.

46 mil shares is mild as long as it does not creep up from there.

i will call the TA sometime soon and see if they can answer this
question.

is their a web site for IVOC to read more about their technology
and products??????

thankyou
