I just got off the phone with Richard Mockett, IR at Infowave to find out if the PP had closed. As of this moment it has not, but Mockett is hopeful, but not certain, that it will close tomorrow. The holdup is simply administrative, (i.e., paperwork). If it does not close tomorrow it should close in the following day or so. As the Company typically issues press releases at 8:45 a.m. EDT, I suspect that one will be issued on Thursday (or maybe Friday the way this thing is going). Mockett agreed that the share price is stagnant due to the PP issue.

Richard was pleasant as always but gave the standard "the company is busy" when asked if other news would be forthcoming soon.

Good luck and be patient.
