Your point is nonsense. Mr. Kestenbaum is only drawing up the franchise agreements - creating the legal structure - as near as I can see. Anyone can hire a lawyer with credentials. It just costs a little more money. The trickiest part of the franchising is making it work. I don't see Mr. Kestenbaum being an active participant in running the day to day business and helping the franchisee be successful. Charlie, Chris, Susan and John will have to do that. Given their track record, especially John's in Belize and with RMC, if I were a franchisee that plunked down serious bucks, my sphincter would be quite puckered with concern.
