Well something has to be done or it will never hold a price due to arbitrage. As far as private goes, I would agree that going private and make them non tradeable would indeed force them to be exercised. Or leave them tradeable and make the exercise price anywhere above the small cap price requirement.

whoa...
for kicks, i just tuned in after months of climbing out of this hole that i dug myself with thousands of these warrants; o.k., know i don't warrant a review of what's been going on for the past few months but whats with the warrants? are they or could they be worth the paper they're printed on?

a few sentences is all i need.
