That's all fine and good, but unless or until it trades again, none of this means squat.

Funny how things work out that way. Just when you think you have something of value, it turns out to be "not worth squat".

Just waiting to see what happens next...

Your are oh so right, we have to not allow the
arbitrage to continue. Nevertheless, the warrants
are an attractive feature for the shell.

No public trading, by going private what this really
accomplishes is it continues to keep the shareholders
interest in mind( lets remember that a lot of people were
burned by this puppy, and it is in the new companies best
interest to take care of this existing shareholder base)
while still making the necessary capital available to the
new company. Keep the exercise price the same.
We must remember, in order to get investors to part
with their hard earned cash, we have to have something
good in here, people are squeezing the bucks tightly.

If you make them too high, you severely limit who can
take the shell. It gets way to expensive, period! and
we are no further ahead.
