Steve: I am very disappointed in DCHT. After promising, in the Chairman's letter, to stop hyping its stock, the company has once again paid a promoter, who is pretending that he is a real Wall Street analyst who likes the stock.

Nowhere in the press release that was put out yesterday does it say that the so-called "Conservative Speculator" was paid to put out the report, but that is in fact the case.

Follow the links: wallstreetcorner.com is the index of clients, with the disclaimer at the bottom that says that, while companies DO pay to be a client of Wall Street Corner, they DON'T pay to be puffed by Larry Oakley, the "CEO" of Conservative Speculator, which purports to be a newsletter featured on the site.

That almost sounds legit, until you see on one of the other pages wallstreetcorner.com that guess who happens to be the CEO of Wall St. Corner - Lawrence C. Oakley.

I get it - Oakley is a schizophrenic, who in his role as the "Conservative Speculator" has no idea whatsoever that he has been paid to promote a company on Wall Street Corner.

This is bogus and sleazy, and DCHT should know that by now. Looking at the RB board, there are people there who have been fooled that this is a real recommendation by a real Wall St. player, rather than yet another phony promotion.

Why does DCHT do this? Why can't it be honest? Why can't it focus on running its business right, and use its limited cash for employees, R&D, and other legitimate business purposes, instead of paying stock promoters who don't have the decency to use an honest disclaimer?
