I can't believe that cancelling it is an option. Seems to me tooooo coincidental that these two "cash-raising" initiatives came concurrently...there must be aneed for the cash. What it is, I have no idea.

IMO cancelling the secondary would be a very bad idea...then we would never be able to rally, it would always be hanging over the stock.
