Since you want to make a point of it, I will oblige. I really don't care what Harold has to say. He can only answer for their legal structure, not their business plan. An obvious fact that you seem to have difficulty understanding. He is not the company after all. So you go right ahead and call him up. Do tell us what he has to say about PABN's balance sheet, about PABN's business plan, about PABN's capital structure. Think he knows? Or ask about the management experience of the PABN personnel in the securities business and their experience with running franchises. As an investor I think that should be much more interesting than what their franchising contracts look like.
