The software IMO has some memory leaks and resource problems. I have to agree with your sentiment about a lot of bugs I seem to get erroneous errors and numbers in my display. I will stop everything, reload and it still screws up. I will then reboot and will work for a while then screw up.

Good luck and if you are running Win 98 you may want to try NT with service pack 4.

Dear Customers,

The outage yesterday was caused by a hardware failure in a 7,500 watt power conditioning unit designed to provide backup power in the event of an emergency. We were not on backup power at the time. In this mode the unit only provides line voltage conditioning and monitors the power source to detect outages. Unfortunately, the unit designed to protect us, actually caused the outage with a catastrophic failure in its line-conditioning unit. The systems were down for approximately 10 minutes while the network engineers physically bypassed the unit and restarted the systems. The phone systems are on a separate back-up unit and were available throughout the outage to process orders. Last evening we replaced the unit in question with hardware redundant units from a different manufacture. We regret this outage and have every reason to believe that we will not see a similar outage in the future.

Sincerely,
Greg Ferris
