(OTC BB: WAVC - news), a leading global provider of wireless Internet products, has signed a Last Mile Solution® (LMS) agreement with Internet Service Provider North Rock Communications Ltd. of Hamilton, Bermuda. As part of the agreement, North Rock Communications will use WaveRider products to deliver wireless communications services. The agreement calls for the delivery of 100 NCL units and a minimum 3,000 LMS270 End User Modems over 24 months. North Rock Communications' plans are subject to the successful amendment of its Telecommunications License application with the government of Bermuda. Bermuda has become a hub for International business and home to 300 International and almost 10,000 registered companies. The country has one of the highest per capita incomes in the world with a population of over 60,000. Bermuda has the largest offshore insurance market worldwide.
