MVIS: appealing but it may be a dangerous "Ballard Power like"
puppy. I don't know enough about the technology to conclude it may
not be the best thing since sliced bread. the story is a powerful
one...
Did you see the 6/1 s3?

PROSPECTUS, Subject to Completion, dated June 1, 1999

Three of our current securityholders will, from time to time, be offering
and selling these shares of our common stock and common stock purchase warrants.

Dear Bill,

Please visit mvispages.com. If Zeev Hed's analysis
of MVIS is indicative of his financial acumen, I suggest caution.
I warned him against shorting MVIS at 16 and he obviously lost
a fortune. Some guys consistently adopt a cynical pose to camouflage
their intellectual shortcomings.

After MVIS'S run up, Zeev Hed no longer posts on the MVIS board. Unless of course he is using an alias. Due your DD.......

I've already taken a look at MVIS (a few weeks ago) and it didn't appeal to me as a short. Granted the stock is very expensive...but it could get a lot more expensive. I never short a stock based strictly on overvaluation - I have to have clear evidence of excessive promotion and/or fraud (e.g. CCSI, MCHM, etc.)
