If I were an MM I wouldn't come anywhere near a deal in which honest investers were getting screwed, W holders or otherwise. I for one will make sure they don't. Clean shell my ass!! This is unbelievable.

All that is true ... and I agree. Now one point is that the warrant holders did not exercise warrants even at .50 because of the arbitrage when this one was running like the wind. They MOMOed them period.

So the warrant owners crying is falling on deaf ear here.

Now name me one shareholder that would vote to keep arbitrage. I would agree that not bringing them back trading would be one way and keep it at .50 or the $1.00 pre DF ... other than that raise the exercise price.

How would you feel if the shareholders didn't vote for raising the authorized to allow for proper P conversion? How would you feel if they changed the P deal because of this?

Well considering that there is only 2.5M in common shares to vote and over 12.75M(roughly 300K x 42.5 = 12,750,000) in P votes I think it is safe to say the P shareholders will vote to get the authorized shares to convert.

The P has a lot short on it too because of arbitrage... Try to get certs on the P. Remember we were going to vote to stop the conversion to kill the arbitrage.
