<<Now one point is that the warrant holders did not exercise warrants even at .50 because of the arbitrage when this one was running like the wind. They MOMOed them period.>>

Not true.

Once again you are attributing false intentions to us. Have you any idea how that ticks people off. How do you feel when people say you did this or that because of such and such. I have seen hundreds of angry posts you wrote specifically on that subject.

Ok, so I can tell you one guy's situation that does not fit your scenario. I bought them because I could get control of a lot more shares for less money. Just like you did with the Ps. I was still buying them when they were over $.50 cents for the same reason. The commons were more expensive so I couldn't get as many. My average is about 39cents now I think. Why didn't I sell them when the price went up. I had all my money in the Ws and was waiting to get more to exercise them. I did exercise a few 4k but it was a tedious process and took days to see the results in my account so by the time I would have execised more. It was all over.

I'm pretty sure that all of the real investors would agree, not bringing them back trading is fair to everybody and leave them at the price at time of original purchase from MIDL. Some were purchased on the $1 dollar deal and some were purchased on the $.50 deal.

Gary,

This warrant holder, didn't exercise, because I just flat didn't have the funds at the time. By the time I had the funds to exercise... it was halted.

I DID NOT play the warrants as a MOMO. I didn't sell one single warrant or short one single common.

I was not out to screw anybody.... I was just a STUPID investor, who wanted as many shares as I could get for both my and my daughters college portfolio. I knew I had money coming available to exercise... so I thought I was getting the most shares for the dollar by buying warrants.... remember this one was moving fast at one time.
Hell... I paid 75 cents for a lot of the warrants in my portfolio.

I understand your concern for your investment, especially, based on your past experience. However, for you to lump all warrant holders as the enemy is not right. We all have our own story... as you of all people should know.

With Regards,
Deb'

So the warrant owners crying is falling on deaf ear here.>>

Gary, I try to let comments slide and use my time working. However, do you realize that you are being a bully against those whose shoes you have not walked?

Many, including myself, averaged down, buying Ws as a salvage operation when the Cs were below 50 cents.

My intent has been to convert to commons if and when the price was favorable. It does take a bit of figuring on how to convert 158,000 Ws, @ 50 cents each, when my monthly income is just a bit over $300 and the farm lost $34,000 last year because of El Nino rains and crop price reductions.

This "Old Sarge" argued with high ranking officers for the benefit of my Squad, during WW2 (it was stupid to argue and a wonder that I was not busted, but my men came before myself and we made it home). Please stop bullying my MIDLW comrades.

With appreciation and thanks,

Marshall W.
