I went to the trouble of finding them since I don't follow this thread. here they are:

very strange.... maybe the person did

1) submit reponse
2) did a back on the browser
3) submit response (again) ?

just my guess....

I've been seeing double today too. :-)

As in this example, it appears that edits are sometimes getting posted as a second message instead of as a change to the first.
