That is all I have been saying since the beginning. I want the warrants to not be used to kill the investors coming in buying the common. Same as I did not want the P to be used that way.

I was for stopping the conversion because of the arbitrage.

I am not out to screw or see anyone get screwed IF it should come back trading. But we have to face it arbitrage is going to happen if something is not done about the warrants.

Suggestion.

A good place to restate my suggestion to hold all (Ws, Cs, Ps) in your own name...NOT THE STREET NAME. Keeps these out of the hands of those who short, Etc.
