Got "Star Wars Ep.1 PodRacer" game today.
Fun. Simple. Eye Candy.

The interesting thing was the CompUSA flyer beside the display said that all the Ep.1 Star Wars games require 3D acceleration hardware and _exclusively_ suggesting that people buy a V3 2000 or a V3 3000.

The Register has a kind of disturbing article talking about further problems with the Camino chipset and the whole Rambus mess. Intel needs to spin another rev of Camino in order to get things to work and they are hoping to start sampling late July. This optimistically puts the release of Camino as last September. The article mentions that if rev B1 of the chip set does not solve the timing problems that the AGP 4x functionality will be dropped. The article is at
theregister.co.uk and called "Rambus meltdown a sorry tale of fudge, mudge, and kludge.
