Gary, I too like the idea of not doing a 15c2-11 on MIDLW, but leaving them in the hands of the existing warrant holders.

That way we will get a chance to exercise the warrants as the price of MIDL dictates. No arbitrage, no muss, no fuss.

If we can prevent the MIDLP's from converting, then we have a nice clean shell, small MIDL float, assets of 1.3M shares of CBQI, for a nice acquisition. New company gets the warrant proceeds, no need for future funding.

Anyone see any holes with this proposal?
