Can any of you guys tell me why would MicroGates buy 10% of this Proginet Outfit ? Its to small to mean anything to them ?
Where are they getting at ?

Proginet (PRF.U) has entered into an agreement with Microsoft Corporation by which Microsoft is receiving an additional 1,260,000 shares. Microsoft now owns just under 10 per cent of Proginet Corporation common stock.
The two companies had entered into an agreement in December 1996, which entitled Microsoft to additional shares at a later date. Today's announcement is in full satisfaction of that agreement.

Look's like Oracle might have some bad news pending. If it is true, I hope it's a earnings shortfall due to MSFT taking more of their market. ??
