Buyout By COVD ....I hope your kidding..look at the Fundamentals of
COVD, Looks like Westell 2 years ago, No income, rising losses, DEBT
and they do the same thing as westell .

lets look at this. COVD buys WSTL..COVD stock is what 54 we get what
( even at 20 ) .3 shares of COVD. Then we can sit and watch COVD Drop
like WSTL did from it's highs of 60's . I would much rather see WSTL
continue to grow and do what they have planned. Short COVD sounds like
a sound move..

I track Covad and don't see the usual weakness a purchase like this would cause. Everyone in WS wants COVD to be the LEC force not a EQ supplier.

But ski had an interesting one, when responding to Andrew, he opened "Andrew >> chance of a buyout..."

I immediately thought ANDW ( or the local Ill. company, Andrew Corp)
THAT would be interesting, only their stock has tanked quite well too.
