Smart move." Lastout, I agree with you 100%..... I'm sure everyone knows that an insider cannot just sell shares of their company, they must file to sell the shares and its take a while for the filing to go through. There is a specific time on when the filing will be completed but I really dont know the exact time frame. In addition, just because an insider has made a file to sell that does not mean the sell has to go through. The seller can always refuse to sell at that time and even if they do, he/she will have to file another form (4)to provide the entire information of the sell order. In short, one can take that filing as good news. Why? because if the seller plans to sell and the stock goes up he/she is in a great position to cash out at a good time instead of filing when the price is already up there. So I think we are going to see some good movements very very soon (IMO). The only thing Is I wish I knew at what price is the sale going to be for. In any case the form (4) will indicate that providing the sale goes thru. Keep a close eye on this one, I feel this is going to pop. Just MHO and what little I know from inside selling. P.S., I am going to pick up more shares tomorrow, have been waiting to add at a cheaper price but I dont know if this is going to stay like this for too much longer. Com'ooooooon DMEC give a NR/PR ETS
