Bill, On the buyout question, the way it was explained to me was that two large full-service brokerage firms combined control almost 30% of the stock. Add insider shares and the total is somewhere around 52-54% that would not easily sell out. Large clients would most likely follow the advice of their brokers on the matter and hold on for triple digits.

Of course, if more than 50% of the shareholders won't sell, controlling interest cannot be obtained by purchasing the remaining stock available. I understand there was an offer to take them private in January that was refused.
