FMK, If two large brokerage firms own 30% then why would they not have filed with the SEC their ownership? Isn't any entity with more than 5% required to file?

Thank you, for the information. I didn't think that they would run this company unprotected from a possible, hostile takeover. That's basic stuff. Do all that work for 10 yrs. and have someone snatch it away?
