Yeah so everybody else should roller over and play dead? Hope that is not what you are saying. When AOL signs up 1 million customers in 6 weeks or whatever how many of them are dumping the service I don't see any stats on that.If I recall 'Prodigy' was once the darling of the 'unwahsed masses'.Last time I looked it was a big world out there, certainly there is room for ISPs other than AOL or do people think AOL can carry the whole world on their 'You got mail' crap, paleeeez.

rude...you sure we ain't the "corsican brothers"?

sometimes people so deeply involved and with blind faith and loyalty to a cause or an issue, tend to not understand the reality of the moment..think as being invincible...not grasping that there are true gorillas in the world...without msft, and intc "mikey" would be selling stamps, recognize his ability to do what he did, but understand as we spoke in the past, that the larger a company gets, the more difficult it becomes to form "reliable" strategic alliances..the ibm/acer deal along with an existing "branding" relationship, to me may negate what everyone hopes for, a strong dell/ibm alliance...i believe you have seen the alliance...if "mikey" is going to send the loyal troops into battle, why isn't he the first one "over the wall"..........."nothing beats a man like over confidence"........... time for "mikey" to release a "new album"...something fresh...everbody owns "greatest hits from dell"
