Technology Stocks : CheckFree Holdings Corp. (CKFR), the next Dell, Intel? -- Ignore unavailable to you. Want to Upgrade?

Although I agree with your secondary tutorial, it is a rip off to all involved with CKFR. The company and selling shareholders get an artificially depressed price while the rest of us shareholders suffer an unusual amount of dilution. And for this, the investment bankers get their $millions.
I still feel this offering should be cancelled. The only seller who has to get out is a measly 150,000 shares by a former Integrion bank, the rest is either a slush fund (the company treasury shares) and officers (who can sell gradually at higher prices than this offering is causing).
This is a travesty. Just march into one of those progressive banks that are smart enough to push ebanking and ebilling and get a $200 million line of credit. Done deal, higher prices for all.

Dave and all,

Check this out...first is the header of the secondary done by NITE, then the price performance after the fact. I am somewhat convinced that CKFR will have the same type of performance. If anyone has any contrary opinions or if you think I have completely lost my mind, please let me know.

I kind of feel like the cat that ate the canary right now. It seems that the road show may prove to be more valuable than any of us here may have realized.

Luck to all,

Rob
