I've already started thinking about that, but I would have to do the lawyering myself to make it worth it. No problemo on the forensic accounting biz. -g-

The real strange thing I was told by the Detective that has my telephone part of the fraud is that even they (cops) can't get information out of the phone company. Takes a subpoena to get the name and address of an unlisted phone number! And after some decision from the Supremes, tacking together enough probable cause at the front end means no subpoena.

I may have a chance though. On one hand the phone company says I'm the guy that made the calls, so how do they turn around and refuse to give me my information and hide behind a bogus confidentiality duty?
