Deerbrook Publishing to Offer Over 1 Million Dollars in Companies Art
Inventory on ARTUP.COM

Internet Premier Art Retail and Auction Site to Launch This Summer

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., June 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Deerbrook Publishing Group (OTC Bulletin Board: DBPG - news) has announced that the e-commerce art
auction and art retail web site, www.artup.com, will offer over 1 million dollars in current art inventory from Deerbrook Publishing Group assets. The products
consist of Lithographs, posters and original paintings that will be featured on artup.com art auction site, as well as the online art retail store.

Artup.com is looking to secure at least fifty million dollars in art inventory prior to the launch of the full site in August 1999. The plan is to accomplish this through
online registrations of artists, galleries, dealers and wholesalers who wish to use artup.com as a new distribution channel for their products.

''Artup.com is giving Deerbrook the ability to retail many products that are currently in our companies inventory. Surplus of inventory is a prime market for our
e-commerce site. Companies such as ours have inventories that are built up over time. Artup.com gives these companies the ability to sell products to the art world,''
said Keith Chesser, president and CEO of Deerbrook Publishing, the parent company of artup.com.

Artup.com is also accepting registrations from the art buyers and collectors who wish to receive updates on site progress and preview notices about artwork, which
will be featured during the site's launch. The company plans to release information on a regular basis to all registrants until the full site is online. After that time, those
who register will receive periodic notices of upcoming special art events including exclusive art shows and artist chat sessions.

The vision for www.artup.com is an e-commerce art community that puts the art industry within the reach of everyone. To accomplish this artup.com site will capture
the thrill of the art auction, and the magic of the gallery, all in an approachable Internet storefront. The designers of the web site are creating an easy to use systems
that will enable users to browse with ease.

Artup.com will function as a reseller for the artists, galleries and individuals that display artwork on the site. The company will fund ongoing marketing campaigns to
drive buyers to the site and in exchange will earn a transaction fee on all sales. Through the Internet's worldwide distribution capabilities, artup.com has the potential
to bring together more buyers and sellers of art objects than ever before. This presents an excellent opportunity for cross marketing programs with strategic partners,
and artup.com is seeking out companies offering complementary products and services.

The parent of artup.com, Deerbrook Publishing, is a highly regarded publisher of quality limited edition prints. The companies established relationships within the art
community will assist artup.com as it works to launch the site this summer and establish itself as a brand.
