Chip,

My analysis shows that we should still be short Bonds. I actually had my stop in at 115^17.

The market made a short term Flag to the downside and took out the level.

I don't know Chip. I put up the TYX and I can see it going, well, let's just say higher. I look at the bonds, take your pick, June or Sept contract and it is hard to get a good fork on them right now. Seems all the forks are violated in one way or another and the pivot count is hard to get a handle on. I would have to go with the TYX read and say bonds are still going lower from here.

I have not tried any babson lines on the bonds, but to be honest, I am not very good at babson lines yet so I am probably saving everyone from a load of trouble if I went spouting off some babsonian bs.
