I would not expect any strike to last more than a day or 2....they need cash desperately..

But any slow down in production will indeed be welcome...at least at this end.

Crude and OSX acting very well in the face of bad API numbers. Still think we will see new OSX highs before long.

BTW, gold continues to plunge even as oil rallies. The steep drop reflects planned sales by the Bank of England and has nothing to do with inflation or inflation expectations. But I suppose Larry Kudlow will soon say that with gold now at $260, crude should be around $12. This is what can happen when dogmatic ideology takes the place of common sense.
