I don't know of any way to get realtime S&P futures without paying the CME exchange fees. For what it's worth, I get the S&P and T-bond futures and can't seem to get any value out of them. I have yet to find a good way to implement them into my trading.

FREE CME Quotes... You will have to register, etc. but it's free.

This is the link I use...
It's supposed to auto-refresh, but I've found it's better to manually RELOAD.
