So, Ditch, your official opinion is that there is no cap. If the price dives so low that 52 mill shares will be insufficient to pay the 5.2 mill (assuming that's all they use), there will simply be more shares registered to cover the remaining balance?

Ditchdigger - are you saying that if the PP holders convert and the end result from the conversion is that 52 million registered shares are not sufficient for the conversion to proceed -- that TSIG is obligated to increase the original number of shares registered.

If this is your position (i.e. that TSIG may be obligated to increase the original number of shares registered) - please cite the portion of the SEC document(s) which support your position.
