I will do so because you asked. There is NFW any institution is buying this joke. by and large they don't buy OTC BBs, period, if they want to keep their jobs. It is the dregs of the business. It is almost not even worth writing 'cept you know some fool believes it. French Fry will rot in hell for lying to the sheep. He plays dumb, but his alien tax status tells it all, staying out of the long arm of the Us authorities.
