<<GTR never spelled out their e commerce strategy - as far as I know.>>

You are quite right. I haven't read anything about the subject. My point was that I believe that the company has products which would sell well on the Net. How they will do it is still a mystery to me. However, I take comfort in the fact that they haven't promoted the e-commerce aspect of their business to the market like so many other companies. These guys are low key, busy running a business. Like you I am curious about how they will spend the $13 million. Hopefully the elephant won't give birth to a mouse.

Herr Dr. Pigeon;

There is good point and is very debatable in terms of critical thinking here.

That is :

if an underwriter did an underwritng that PP in this case GTR $3.15, then [here critical thinking important right here.] underwriters intended to promote this stock to $6.00 or $9.00 or more or less. Could underwriter accomplish this task promotion task sucessully????? The answer to my experience some did it successfully, some did not.

Again, if any underwrite could every time do it successufully, then everybody in this world just go out there to do the underwriting and every body makes oneself into multiple millionaire. Did not it????

Another observation, clearly, MCF recently ddid that pp at $6.60, today MCF closeed at $6.50 10 centx below that PP prices $6.60.

GTR did PP at $3.15 right???? soon it will be below that $3.15. This is very simple. Or else every body as I said just go out there do underwriting nothing else??? right???

That is why this important point in that underwriting issues in financial market. Some did quite sucessfully, some ddid it very poorly. In the long term, and depending the general market conditions, if the general condition is very poor, Yorkon are bounded to yield and bowed before the much power and strength. This is very simple, too.

This is raising interesting subject and will serves as important learning material Yorkoton underwriting both MCF and GTR and many others and it is good time for us to obsewrve and watch closely and study and to learn.

Good luck to you and to all.
