Thanks Gary for that comment, that's all I wanted to hear. Your response reminds me of the story about the the guy that wet his pants just to have that warm feeling. :-)

No, I can't add to any of the other suggestions that have been brought up. I really do understand the point you are making about the warrants hurting the price of the common. But I'm just like anybody else, I don't want to loose my investment unless it is absolutely necessary.

Gary, lets take a little dose of reality here. The stock/company did not get destroyed by arbitrage, the stock/company was destroyed by a thief who issued himself a boatload of shares, emptied the companies coffers, and blew town for the Bahamas. Everyone who owns ANY part of the stock structure got burned, not just the ones who played the warrants for momentum to transfer to P when they felt the time was right.
