Their release mentions projected dates in August and September.

Wasn't there supposed to something on tap for June?

Rajiv, with respect to the Critical Path lawsuit, don't you find it odd that a company could launch a lawsuit on May 29, 1999, announce it publicly and then discover on June 9, 1999 that there was no merit to the lawsuit in the first place? It is likely Critical Path hasn't even filed a statement of defence. Perhaps Custom was concerned about what the statement of defence might reveal? Just a thought.
