Joana,
It's interesting that Rockwell spun off the division because it didn't have a very good future with the competition in modem tech. I am sure that the people at Rockwell are very surprised that the loser division they got rid of to help the parent earnings has suddenly become the leader in the field. Interesting twist of events.
