To "Loren S." Trust me - it is!! "it" consists mostly of time-shares in Las Vegas (time-shares are becoming a very big business in "Vegas" right now) and "lots of land" in the Kingman, Arizona - Laughlin, Nevada - Mohave Valley area. Oh yeah - "it's" also a "whole lotta-fun" - gets me out of the office and gives me the opportunity to meet a lot of very "interesting" types of people - to say the least!! that's what really intrigues me about this (real estate) business so much - the people!! some (most) are very "good" people and some are - HMMM - not so "good". however - they are all extremely "interesting"!! HAY - you thought that the stock market was crazy. HAAA!! you ought to try investing in real estate in Las Vegas if you want some REAL excitement!! i meet people (characters) everyday that you have only heard about or seen in the movies. you really haven't "lived" until you've sat down to lunch with some of these guys - GEEEZZ!! the "war" stories alone would totally "knock your ass off"!! take care, my friend.
