The question I have is when will they start announcing all these deals? Are they waiting to get done with some meetings with institutions this week or next? That way the institutions can buy in a a cheap price before the public accouncements and the stock rises. if you examine the volume and price, clearly the big boys have ample opportunity to purchase, but have balked so far. hopefully this will change.
